Description

You will design, develop, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements. You will configure and implement ITSM, OM, TS, and TSOM modules while maintaining Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and automate tasks, managing tool integrations with Elastic, Netcool, and Kafka.
• Coordinate platform upgrades and support business process re-engineering activities.
• Design and build ServiceNow applications using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Develop and present management-level briefings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 6+ years of experience in technology infrastructure design, development, and support.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g., Security+).
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary technical development teams.
• US Citizenship is required.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6-10 years with a Master’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with JIRA, Git, Confluence, Kanban, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or ITIL frameworks.
