Description

You will design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications to support ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules. You own the implementation lifecycle from standup through upgrades and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules, including forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, and roles.
• Design and maintain dashboards, scheduled reports, and business process flows.
• Build tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka) and orchestrate platform upgrades.
• Support data migration and unify data sources into the CMDB while ensuring data integrity.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, automate tasks, and document development standards in an Agile Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow development with ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Experience with Jira, Git, Confluence, and Kanban methodologies.
• 4-12 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 6-10 years with a Master’s).
• At least 3 years in technology infrastructure design and support.
• At least 2 years of specific ServiceNow development experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship required.
• IAT Level 2 or 3 certification within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data migration and CMDB unification.
• Ability to present management-level briefings.
