Description

You will build and maintain automated workflows within ServiceNow to support aircraft field operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications for Aeronautics Sustainment.
• Leverage ServiceNow to automate key organizational processes.
• Develop code that interacts with relational databases like SQL Server and Oracle.
• Collaborate within a 9-person agile team to deliver functionality for internal and external customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Scoped Application Development and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Form Design.
• Ability to manage table creation and data via import sets (JDBC and IntegrationHub).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Glide JavaScript Framework.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Knowledge of REST API development.
