Description

You will develop scoped applications and manage ServiceNow workflows to support IT operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scoped applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Develop and maintain workflows via custom scripting.
• Configure incident routing and manage ticketing workflows.
• Handle incident lifecycle tasks including creating, changing, and modifying workflows.
• Pull and update data through custom scripting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
• Proven track record of building Scoped Apps.
• Experience with ITOM, specifically CMDB and Event Management.
• Experience with ITSM, specifically Incident Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow workflow scripting.
• Ability to perform data manipulation via scripting.

• Any Graduate degree.
