Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize core modules including APM, DPR, ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Develop and maintain business rules, scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical designs and scalable, reusable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and customization.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript and Glide.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules: APM, DPR, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and MID servers.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile and Virtual Agent.
• Familiarity with integrating external tools like Jira, Clarity, version control, and testing tools.
