Description

You will develop and customize ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Service Portal components for the Fremont, CA office with remote options.

Responsibilities

• Configure Virtual Agent branding, conversations, and topic blocks.
• Build custom topic blocks and topics using API scripting.
• Develop Service Portal pages, themes, and custom widgets.
• Integrate Virtual Agent with MS Teams and non-ServiceNow applications.
• Implement client-side and server-side scripting for portal functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Experience configuring Virtual Agent and Service Portal chat.
• Ability to create custom widgets and portal themes.
• Experience scripting to call APIs for data retrieval.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
