Description

You will develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications across multiple functional areas, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design specifications and service requests for interface teams, collaborating with middleware service teams on application design.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including Service Portal, Change, Incident, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Reporting.
• Identify, create, and execute test cases, including building automated test framework functionality.
• Conduct impact analysis on proposed changes before production deployment to prevent functionality degradation.
• Review production support issues, performing troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and implementing fixes or workarounds.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience solving technical problems for business needs.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Ability to coordinate software releases through UAT and Production environments.
• Experience providing real-time support and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Understanding of configuration management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
