Description

You will design and develop ServiceNow capabilities specifically tailored for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise Service Management solutions with a focus on GRC functionalities.
• Customize GRC-specific components including custom portal pages, modules, API integrations, and user interface policies.
• Administer ServiceNow platforms, managing upgrades, updates, and maintenance for GRC modules.
• Convert product requirements into technical solutions that account for schedule and cost constraints.
• Execute work based on Project Implementation Plans using established methods and evaluation criteria.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience focusing on core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, and business rules.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow GRC modules.
• 3+ years of experience with web-hosted applications using X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery, or Angular.
• Proficiency in at least one back-end technology: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion.
• Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and client requirement analysis.
• Experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance (Interim Secret or Public Trust tier 1 acceptable).
• Must be a US Citizen and available to work Eastern Standard Hours.
• BA or BS degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience at a Big 4 or equivalent consulting firm.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Experience working with public sector clients.
