Description

You will own the development and configuration of ServiceNow GRC solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Design and implement GRC workflows, policies, and procedures to streamline governance and mitigate risk.
• Develop custom applications, scripts, and integrations to enhance platform functionality.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solution reliability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on GRC solutions.
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and development.
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer.
• Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
