Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on SAM Pro. You own the configuration of modules, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations while ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Manage the SAM lifecycle, including license compliance, optimization, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and maintain proper documentation of configurations.
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAM Pro (Software Asset Management Professional).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, ServiceNow APIs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience implementing and managing SAM lifecycle processes.
• Good understanding of CMDB, ITSM modules, and the ServiceNow data model.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-SAM).
• Experience with ITAM or HAM Pro.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to tools like Flexera, Snow, or other asset management platforms.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
