Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, owning configuration and implementation across key modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, GRC, and ITOM.
• Implement and support HRSD workflows and service portal features.
• Maintain platform stability and optimize existing service configurations.
• Collaborate on technical requirements to deliver functional ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules.
• Technical proficiency in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
• Experience with ITOM (IT Operations Management).
• Experience implementing HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow portal development.
• Any Graduate degree.
