Description

You will develop and implement ServiceNow applications across IT product modules, managing the full software development life cycle from analysis to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, Sec-Ops, GRC, and Legal.
• Manage the full software development life cycle, covering analysis, design, development, and implementation.
• Execute data conversion, data security, and system integration tasks.
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following engineering best practices like code reviews and unit testing.
• Handle platform upgrades and troubleshoot platform performance issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow applications development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, Sec-Ops, GRC, and Legal.
• Proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Proven ability in system integration and data conversion.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for platform performance.
• Experience in software engineering architecture and code reviews.
• Any Graduate degree.
