Description

Drive end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules and manage B2B integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver server-side code and API implementations for new ServiceNow projects.
• Execute B2B integrations with customers and partners using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Troubleshoot the ServiceNow Utah version to resolve errors and provide technical recommendations.
• Provide third-level support for production issues within defined SLAs and assist with UAT.
• Contribute technical enhancements to applications and participate in project review meetings.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with API integration and ServiceNow App Engine.
• Working knowledge of Java and SQL.
• Experience with incident response, error analysis, and technical problem-solving.
• Background in B2B integration and web development.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification or ITIL certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, or TSM modules.
• Telecom industry background.
