Description

You will architect and develop scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, owning the design, implementation, and governance of ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, and CMDB modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow architecture and solution strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Design and implement scalable, secure solutions across ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain workflows, data models, and platform customizations using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Build and manage integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools.
• Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and governance models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and workflow automation.
• Experience building and managing integrations using Integration Hub and third-party tools.
• Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and service management frameworks.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and contribute to end-to-end implementations.
• Experience creating technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.
