Description

You will architect and deliver solutions across the ServiceNow ecosystem, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and CMDB. You will own the technical design, implementation strategy, and governance standards for enterprise platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions for ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and CMDB modules.
• Implement workflows, automation, integrations, and App Engine Studio applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SCCM, BigFix, Zoho MDM, Success Factors, SAP, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and CSDM-based architecture initiatives.
• Mentor developers and establish enterprise best practices for security and performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Core Platform Architecture, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM.
• Proficiency in App Engine Studio, Integration Hub, CMDB, and CSDM Framework.
• Strong JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of ITIL Frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD Certifications required.

Preferred Skills

• Airline industry experience.
