Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI scripts, and custom modules.
• Implement and enhance Customer Service Management and Human Resources Service Delivery capabilities.
• Develop responsive platform interfaces and user experiences using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Build and support integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Analyze requirements, troubleshoot platform issues, and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.

Skills Required:

• 4-7 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong knowledge of platform configuration and customization.
• Experience working with Customer Service Management and Human Resources Service Delivery modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow interface and application development.
• Experience developing workflows, business rules, UI scripts, custom applications, and REST/SOAP integrations.
