Description

You will design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and IT products, managing their deployment and lifecycle within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Manage deployment and configuration of IT products within the ServiceNow environment.
• Support the full lifecycle of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, or CSM.
• Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations for performance and stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification (mandatory).
• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification (mandatory).
• ServiceNow CIS (mainline certifications).
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, Sec-Ops, GRC, or Legal.
• Degree in any graduate discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Deep expertise in specialized modules such as Sec-Ops or GRC.
