Description

You will design, build, and implement applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize applications by creating and configuring workflows, forms, scripts, and user interfaces.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow.
• Support data management activities to maintain system reliability and consistency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Strong understanding of the application development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in integration patterns and system integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Management (SPM), including Demand, Projects, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, Financial Management, and Resource Management.
