Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow customizations, integrations, and platform applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and custom tables.
• Design and configure workflows, data loads, and platform applications following ITIL practices.
• Perform platform upgrades and manage source code, configuration, and release management.
• Triage and fix defects within the ServiceNow platform, applications, and workflows.
• Define technical requirements and validate architecture for third-party integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management).
• Experience with ITBM (Financial Management, PPM, Resource Management).
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) fundamentals.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven ability to manage data imports and third-party software integrations.
• Strong understanding of workflow design and administration.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery (On-Premise and Off-Premise).
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, ITOM, GRC, or Event Management.
