Description

You will build and enhance ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders across the ITSM bureau and administration bureaus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow features in collaboration with Process Owners and Business Analysts.
• Work alongside ServiceNow Administrators and other Developers within ETSO teams.
• Apply ServiceNow scripting best practices to solve functional requirements.
• Integrate ITSM processes with additional ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Required certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Required certification as a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proven experience with ITSM modules.
• Experience with at least one additional ServiceNow module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, SPM, Source2Pay).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
