Description

Develop, configure, and administer ServiceNow to support ITSM strategy. Own the technical development and environment management for the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Implement and manage integrations using REST API, Web Services, and SOAP.
• Execute technical development and manage ServiceNow environments.
• Collaborate with System Specialists, SMEs, and suppliers to meet service project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Angular JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Expertise in REST API and Web Services.
• Experience working with SOAP.
• Ability to manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate level education.
