Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations within an Agile/Scrum environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications, custom modules, and integrations using ServiceNow Studio.
• Customize core ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automated tasks.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Build reports, dashboards, and performance analytics widgets to support business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience with ITSM and at least one additional module: ITOM, HRSD, SPM, or Source2Pay.
• Practical knowledge of CMDB, JavaScript, and ServiceNow development workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF), App Engine, and Flow Designer.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, HRSD, Discovery).
