Description

Build and enhance ServiceNow solutions for the ITSM and administration bureaus.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow features in collaboration with Process Owners and Business Analysts.
• Apply ServiceNow scripting best practices to solve functional requirements.
• Integrate ITSM processes with additional ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Administrators and other Developers within ETSO teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proven experience with ITSM modules.
• Experience with at least one additional ServiceNow module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, SPM, Source2Pay).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
