Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and an additional module.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop features using ServiceNow scripting and Glide API.
• Implement solutions within ITSM and one other specified module (ITOM, HRSD, SPM, or Source2Pay).
• Maintain existing ServiceNow platform implementations.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum environments to deliver updates.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with Glide API.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform implementation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• CSA certification required.
• Any Graduate education.
