Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including out-of-the-box and customized modules. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to implement customized ServiceNow modules.
• Configure and customize forms, scripts, reports, dashboards, catalog items, data imports, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Build and modify automation for applications, forms, and processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SSO and LDAP core configurations.
• Utilize ServiceNow APIs and integration tools to extend platform functionality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, JSON, AJAX, and SOAP/REST.
• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework, Event Management, and Cloud modules.
• Experience operating within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Valid driver’s license for limited travel to customer sites.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jelly.
