Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications to support enterprise workflows. You will configure platform features and integrate with external systems to ensure robust functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications using ServiceNow Studio and web technologies.
• Configure platform features including workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and web services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform functionality, performance, and security.
• Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing for all ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTML5, XML, and SQL.
• Expertise in import sets, transform maps, and working with external data sources.
• Working knowledge of CMDB processes, including configuration, customization, and identification/classification rules.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
