Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules and integrations for incident, problem, change, asset, and configuration management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management (CMDB) modules.
• Develop, test, and debug scripts using JavaScript and related technologies.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog, Service Level Management, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Document integration processes, including design, configuration, and customization details.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow configurations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong command of JavaScript.
• Experience working with REST APIs and SOAP.
• Solid understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification.
