Description

You will modernize ServiceNow HRSD processes for an Intelligence Community client.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Modernize over 40 HRSD processes, including Awards, Time Off Requests, and Student Loan Repayment.
• Maintain and support legacy versions of existing processes during modernization efforts.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through team collaboration.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure deployment stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX.
• Degree in any field of study.
