Description

Develop and maintain HR Service Delivery (HRSD) workflows, automations, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HRSD workflows, UI policies, client/server scripts, and business rules.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Customize HR modules to address evolving business requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Client/Server Scripts, and Business Rules.
• Experience with ServiceNow Workflows and UI Policies.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and best practices.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of delivering scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.
