Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and governance of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure HR workflows, automations, and integrations using ServiceNow best practices.
• Define platform standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements for HRSD.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Mentor junior developers and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience with Workday integration.
