Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications with a focus on the HRSD module and external system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
• Design and implement REST API integrations to connect ServiceNow with third-party platforms.
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting of functionality and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with the ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (server-side and client-side).
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
