You will design, develop, customize, and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog, and Portal using JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS.
Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, access controls, and knowledge base content.
Integrate ServiceNow with third party systems using REST and SOAP APIs, scripted web services, and other integration mechanisms.
Perform platform upgrades, instance maintenance, health checks, and troubleshooting activities to ensure performance, stability, and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, support solution design, and conduct UAT testing.
Required Skills
Minimum two years of hands on experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
Experience with Service Catalog, CMDB, reporting, dashboards, and ITIL processes.
Familiarity with ITSM and CSM modules of ServiceNow.
Strong problem solving abilities and stakeholder management capabilities.
