Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement solutions in the Legal Service Delivery (LSD) module
• Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
• Develop and support GRC workflows
• Create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
• Build Service Catalog items and Flow Designer workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Provide production support and ensure performance optimization
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and development standards

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience in Legal Service Delivery (LSD)
• Good exposure to ITSM and GRC
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, UI Builder, or Service Portal
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-LSD)
• Experience in enterprise-level implementations
• Agile/Scrum exposure
