Description

You will own the development and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module, leveraging AI capabilities and standard platform features.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts for HRSD.
• Implement Now Assist, agentic workflows, and predictive intelligence features.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Gather technical requirements from stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery).
• Experience in Now Assist implementation and AI-driven workflows.
• Knowledge of Agentic workflows and Predictive Intelligence.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API scripting.
• Understanding of monitoring and diagnostics tools.
• Ability to work with REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 10+ years in software development or related technical roles.
