Description

Senior ServiceNow Developer owning the design, development, and support of the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM, ITBM, CSM, and HRSD modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions using UI Policies, UI Macros, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, and ACLs.
• Lead technical delivery for major projects, guiding teams and managing deliverables across the full application development lifecycle.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, troubleshoot platform issues, and implement bug fixes and upgrades while ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, creating comprehensive documentation, release notes, and configuration standards.
• Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend efficient approaches for Asset, CMDB, Orchestration, and ServiceWatch integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and configuration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JSON, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, CSM, ITBM, and HRSD modules within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets, and Mid Server configuration.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and application lifecycle management.
• Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with onsite stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GRC, SecOps, or IRM modules.
• Knowledge of ServiceWatch and CMDB health optimization.
