Description

You will design, build, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform while developing integrations with external applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions following industry best practices to minimize customizations.
• Develop and maintain technical design and configuration documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve complex problems.
• Leverage scripting, configuration management, and automated testing to improve delivery quality.
• Provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the production support team.

Required Skills

• 4-9 years of experience in ServiceNow and application development.
• 2-3 years of advanced ServiceNow administration, configuration, and integration experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP.
• Hands-on experience with LDAP and SSO.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or an equivalent field.
• Proven ability to engineer solutions involving domain separation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITOM (Discovery, Health & Event Mgmt), CSM, ITSM, or eBonding.
• ITIL Certification or technical consulting experience.
• Practitioner of Agile methodology.
