Description

You will configure and enhance core ServiceNow applications to deliver scalable IT and HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Base, and reporting components.
• Develop custom solutions across ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine modules.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, LDAP, and JDBC.
• Manage platform upgrades, releases, cloning, and data transformations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Conduct code reviews, resolve incidents independently, and ensure adherence to development standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Expertise in REST API integration and Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and App Engine.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, governance, and release management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ITIL Certification.
