Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA) on the ServiceNow platform to enhance user interaction and support. You will customize agents to meet specific business needs and continuously optimize their performance. Your work includes developing self-help cases, automating service request processes, and exploring Generative AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA) and chat bots.
• Customize and configure IVA solutions to address specific business requirements.
• Develop and implement user-friendly self-help cases for effective issue resolution.
• Automate service request workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
• Explore and integrate Generative AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development.
• Proven experience in IVA (Chat Bot) development and deployment.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Self Help Cases and Service Request Automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Administration or Development certification.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies related to ServiceNow.
