Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow CSM capabilities to support customer service and TAM-related workflows.
• Deliver TAM acceleration enhancements within ServiceNow, including workflow improvements and operational enablement.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations and enhancements.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-release validation for ServiceNow CSM/TAM acceleration changes.

Experience Required:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM.
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration and solution implementation.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow workflows and business process enhancements.
• Knowledge of TAM acceleration and enablement use cases.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
