Description

Design, code, and maintain ServiceNow platform configurations and custom scoped applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including workflows and service requests.
• Develop, unit test, and document software deliverables following established coding standards.
• Build service requests, request items, and tasks based on customer requirements.
• Execute integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data while monitoring application health.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine and custom/scoped app development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Glide, HTML, XML, and AJAX.
• Experience with third-party integrations using Web Services, SOAP, email, and MID Server.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Ability to perform system and integration testing.
• Degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
