Description

Lead implementation efforts for CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMDB, Hardware, and Software Asset Management implementations.
• Develop custom applications by translating IT and business requirements.
• Design and implement out-of-the-box and custom REST integrations.
• Support ongoing Hardware and Software Asset Management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow in ITSM, Integrations, ITAM, and ITOM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification.
• Hands-on experience building custom integrations using REST.
• Proficiency with CMDB management.
• Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

• Any Graduate degree.
