Description

You will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITOM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, SecOps, and ITAM.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP.
• Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, and architectural planning.
• Support sprint-based development cycles within Agile teams.
• Optimize platform performance and adhere to ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
• Deep expertise in at least two modules: ITOM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, SecOps, or ITAM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and CMDB configurations.
• Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
