Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focused on ITOM and HRSD modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITOM and HRSD modules.
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain existing implementations through troubleshooting, support, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Mandatory CIS certification in either ITOM or HRSD.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and HRSD modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and upgrade processes.
• Experience with Web Services and API integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM or SecOps modules.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and global delivery models.
