Description

You will develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, primarily focused on ITSM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow applications for ITSM.
• Customize forms, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Base components.
• Perform system administration, including upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as solution design, process flows, and test cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in CMDB implementation.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform customization.
• Ability to design and implement ITSM solutions.
• Experience with system administration and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Catalog development.
• Knowledge of Knowledge Base management.
