Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including integrations and automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications to meet specific organizational requirements.
• Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and enhance core platform functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow application development, including custom modules and workflows.
• Proficiency in server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes) and client-side scripting (Client Scripts, UI Policies).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs.
• Ability to analyze business processes for automation.
• Familiarity with maintaining configurations and adhering to security standards.
• Any Graduate education.
