Description

You will own specialized development tasks within the ServiceNow environment, designing technical solutions and mentoring team members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions based on Business Analyst requirements.
• Lead and mentor team members on technical architecture.
• Execute development, troubleshooting, and deployment best practices.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and limitations across latest releases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSM, ITSM/CSM, TSOM, or ITOM modules.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Applications, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Scripting.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in Now Assist GenAI and Agentic AI Orchestration.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, user stories, sprint model).
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Scoped Applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TSOM, ITSM, and CSM.
