Description

You will build and enhance ServiceNow applications to drive technical excellence and ensure platform stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for new and existing ServiceNow capabilities.
• Build and enhance applications, modules, integrations, and workflows.
• Implement business logic using Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Assist in designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development tools (App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder).
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Familiarity with integration techniques using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience working in enterprise environments with ServiceNow instances.
