Description

Design, develop, and configure custom ServiceNow solutions, focusing on platform customization, configuration, and automation across enterprise modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop UI Pages, UI Macros, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, testing, and deployment of new features.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning while ensuring platform compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience implementing ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
• Deep understanding of CMDB, UI Policies, Business Rules, and ACLs.
• Proficiency in Git for version control and basic SQL.
• Experience with workflow design and system integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM).
• Experience with Service Portal, Virtual Agent, or Custom Scoped Applications.
