Description

You will develop and manage ServiceNow applications, focusing on complex enhancements and architectural improvements rather than routine ticket resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, UI, SQL, HTML, and CSS to deliver robust solutions.
• Utilize XML and structural programming concepts to define application structures and manage data exchange.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Enhance existing applications independently, driving significant improvements aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT services align with ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript as the primary scripting language for ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform for application development and management.
• Strong understanding of UI design, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
• Any Graduate education level.
