Description

You design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Legal Service Delivery, ITSM, and GRC modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions in the Legal Service Delivery (LSD) module.
• Configure and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Build Service Catalog items and Flow Designer workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and provide production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, UI Builder, or Service Portal.
• Good exposure to ITSM and GRC workflows.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-LSD).
• Experience in enterprise-level implementations and Agile/Scrum.
